Assessment
Measuring the person before the decision is made about them.
Assessment by a comprehensive, effective and efficient method, analysing personality, intelligence and mentality.
Hiring, promotion and placement decisions all rest on the same question: does this person fit what the role and the culture actually ask of them? Assessment answers it with evidence rather than impression.
We measure across three dimensions and read them together rather than in isolation — a strong result on one rarely means much without the other two. Findings are reported in terms a decision-maker can act on, not as a score to be interpreted later.

Our sessions combine interactive discussion with simulations indoors and out, and outbound activity in the open air. Modules can be designed specifically around a company's needs. We also build an integrated module aimed at supporting individual success in career and in life: 50 Leadership Skills and 10 Art of Success.
