Power Character was founded on a simple frustration: advice that arrived as a document rather than a decision. We built the firm to sit closer to the people accountable for outcomes.
We remain independently owned, which means we can decline work that we do not believe will change anything — and we do.
Our consultants come from operating roles as often as from consulting ones. That balance shapes how we argue, and what we are willing to promise.
